Brindisa has always had a good following of non-professional buyers – friends and family of a growing team of Brindisa staff in particular. Some ten years ago we opened our warehouse doors in the evenings and weekends so that we could supply such devotees with that led to the new life of Borough Market. Other local wholesalers joined in, the food fair blossomed, and on it has rolled. The Brindisa stand has been an irresistible project whose vitality is unquenchable. Come and try one of our famous Brindisa chorizo rolls from the barbeque!
